Annapurna Labs, part of AWS, seeks a Senior Manager of Software Development for the ML Network Stack. You will lead teams delivering major network stack components for EC2 ML/HPC, and drive CI/CD for EFA Stack components. Strong expertise in systems programming, networks, RDMA, and HW/SW co-design is required.

Ideal candidates bring NVIDIA ML stack experience, multi-project leadership, and proven Agile collaboration with product and program management teams to deliver high-traffic applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership and hands-on systems work.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 10+ years delivering consumer software experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct work to ensure delivery of functions for ML workloads.
• Oversee multiple programs and development teams in Agile environments.
• Partner with product/program management to align on roadmaps.
