Job summary

Annapurna Labs, an integral part of AWS, seeks a Sr. Software Development Manager to lead the team building the EC2 network stack for distributed AI/ML and HPC workloads.

You will guide engineers in systems programming, network and RDMA, HW/SW co-design, coordinating with NVIDIA ML stacks and CI/CD for EFA host stack components to ensure delivery of high‑scale features. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and mentoring across concurrent Agile programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• Experience planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams delivering functions and features for the latest ML workloads.
• Direct work to ensure timely delivery of EC2 network stack components and CI/CD for EFA ML/HPC Host stack.
