Disney Entertainment & Sports LLC's ESPN Product & Technology group seeks a Senior Manager of Machine Learning to lead a global ML/GenAI team building scalable models and pipelines for ad platforms.

You will mentor data scientists and engineers, set strategic ML direction, oversee end-to-end workflows from data collection to deployment, ensure responsible AI, and partner with product and engineering stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with leadership in ML/AI.
• Translate business problems into scalable ML/GenAI solutions.
• Deploy ML models in production at scale.
• Proficient in Python or Java and ML frameworks.
• Experience with GenAI systems and LLMs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor data scientists and ML/AI engineers.
• Define strategic ML direction with product and engineering partners.
• Oversee end-to-end ML workflow from data to deployment.
• Drive best practices in code, testing, and documentation.
• Communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure responsible AI, including fairness and privacy compliance.

Formation

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

8+ years of relevant industry experience with leadership
