Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, ERP, Operations) in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Proven ability to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Dynamics 365 solutions, including customizations, integrations, and legacy modernization.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Solution Architect to join our team. You will play a critical role in driving the success of our Product Management Transformation project. This initiative focuses on reshaping the way our DoIT@DCFS team delivers technical support, services, and capabilities to customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the existing systems while maintaining high performance, scalability, and security. You will work closely with the business, IT teams, and stakeholders to define architecture strategy, build implementation roadmaps, and provide guidance for complex technical projects.
