• Demonstrated experience applying quantitative and qualitative insights to diagnose customer problems and craft recommendations.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams in a large matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and verbal storytelling for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize member experience opportunities by analyzing feedback, data, and business priorities.
• Translate insights into clear recommendations with problem statements, opportunity size, root causes, and potential solutions.
• Diagnose end-to-end member experiences across UX, processes, product, and operations to uncover root causes.
• Develop data-backed hypotheses to explain gaps in member needs and prioritise impactful changes.
• Build data-driven business cases to inform priorities, solutions, and investments.
• Influence partner teams to improve member experiences without direct ownership of roadmaps.
• Partner through solution development to ensure member problems remain central and addressed.
