Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center in the Tri-Cities area is seeking a Senior Manager Medical Staff Services to lead the Medical Staff Services department. This full-time role, reporting to the Executive Director, directs day-to-day operations, supervises staff, and oversees the departmental budget, ensuring compliance with Medical Staff Bylaws and Regulations.

Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree required.
• Certification: Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience; 5 years preferred.
• Minimum 5 years Medical Staff experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day departmental operations in Medical Staff Services.
• Supervises personnel within the department.
• Prepares and manages the departmental budget.
• Ensures adherence to Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.

Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position provides direction of Medical Staff Services for the South Eastern WA region. Oversees day-to-day departmental operations, supervision of personnel, and preparation of the departmental budget. Responsible for all functions that provide administrative assistance to the medical staff and that enable them to fulfill their duties and obligations as defined by the Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Upon hire: Certified Professional Medical Services Management - National Association Medical Staff Services.
• 3 years Supervisory experience; 5 years preferred.
• 5 years Medical Staff experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current experience within the Medical Staff Office services.

Salary Range by Location:

• Washington: Eastern: Min: $54.21, Max: $85.59
• Washington: Southern: Min: $56.79, Max: $89.66
