Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a Senior Manager Medical Staff Services to lead the Medical Staff Services for the South Eastern WA region. This full-time, day/hybrid role oversees daily operations, supervises staff, and manages the departmental budget, ensuring compliance with bylaws and regulations.

The role requires relevant degrees, CPMSM certification, and substantial Medical Staff experience.

• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree required.
• CPMSM certification required upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience; 5 years preferred.
• Minimum 5 years Medical Staff experience.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position provides direction of Medical Staff Services for the South Eastern WA region. Oversees day-to-day departmental operations, supervision of personnel, and preparation of the departmental budget. Responsible for all functions that provide administrative assistance to the medical staff and that enable them to fulfill their duties and obligations as defined by the Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or


• Bachelor's Degree.


• Upon hire: Certified Professional Medical Services Management - National Association Medical Staff Services.


• 3 years Supervisory experience; 5 years preferred.


• 5 years Medical Staff experience.

• Washington: Eastern: Min: $54.21, Max: $85.59


• Washington: Southeast: Min: $56.79, Max: $89.66
