Position Summary:
Independently and proactively leads matrixed cross-functional project management teams and projects within the Medical Affairs Cell Therapy Organization.
This role reports directly into the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations and will be a strategic and operational portfolio partner to the Worldwide Cell Therapy Medical Leads in delivering on key portfolio-related priorities. Activities include global/regional brand and medical planning, budget planning, congress planning, and planning/execution of special projects. This role also partners across Commercial, Hematology, and Cell Therapy to lead/support strategic planning responsibilities.

On-site Protocol
BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to work, including site-essential, site-by-design, field-based, and remote roles. The assigned occupancy type is based on the role’s responsibilities:
