Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Central Heating Plant operations and steam/electrical distribution.
• Manage logistics, service levels, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise approximately 7 hourly staff and coordinate with MEP trades.
• Lead project initiation, design consultant selection, and contractor oversight.
• Develop and manage a 10-year reliability plan for systems.
