Job Summary
Strategic Outreach And Communicating Impact
The need for data-driven marketing strategies and insights has become increasingly critical for strengthening IGHS’s visibility and engagement with key stakeholders, and our long term financial sustainability. The Marketing and Outreach Senior Manager will work closely with leadership, communications, and other key constituents to define a business development strategy, and work with the Deputy Director to adapt it to a 2025 Strategic Plan. This role will be responsible for developing and implement strategies that showcase IGHS’s research, education programs, and impact. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative storytelling, and relationship-building to engage key audiences, expand supporting central UCSF opportunities, and enhance IGHS’s visibility. The IGHS Marketing and Outreach Senior Manager will support the growth of IGHS through the following initiatives:
Event Coordination And Promotional Strategies
Building Strategic Partnerships
Leveraging Data to Inform Strategy
Collaborating Across Teams
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $94,400 – $201,800 (Annual Rate).
