Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you'll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to bring campaigns to life, support product launches, coordinate events, manage agency partners, and help ensure our marketing programs deliver measurable business impact.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, hands-on marketer who enjoys owning projects from concept through execution, thrives in a collaborative startup environment, and is excited to help build scalable marketing programs alongside a growing team.

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing & Communications and Creative Director to develop and launch marketing assets that support demand generation, product launches, customer engagement, and sales enablement

  • Plan and execute Optura's conference, webinar, customer, and partner event programs from planning through post-event follow-up

  • Support website updates, campaign landing pages, marketing automation, CRM workflows, and day-to-day marketing operations

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships to execute programs that drive pipeline growth, customer adoption, and partner engagement

  • Measure campaign performance and prepare reporting on marketing effectiveness, lead generation, and pipeline contribution to help inform future initiatives

  • Coordinate external agencies, vendors, and project timelines to ensure high-quality execution, on-time delivery, and alignment with business priorities

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing

  • Experience executing marketing campaigns and managing projects in a SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software environment

  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar

  • Experience supporting marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and lead management processes

What we would like to see:

  • Experience marketing AI, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or other complex B2B technology solutions

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations with sales enablement materials and account-based marketing initiatives

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Experience planning and executing conferences, webinars, customer events, and partner marketing programs

  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Benefits at Optura:
