Responsibilities

• Lead the division Gross Margin Improvement program and report progress to executives.
• Design and lead long-term value creation projects; establish metrics and track progress.
• Collaborate with site and function leadership to assign goals and manage risks.
• Develop and deploy sustaining tools and processes; ensure programs are resourced and implemented.
• Benchmark to identify opportunities and drive measurable cost improvements.
• Coordinate with other sites to support the ADC journey and roadmap milestones.
