Job summary

Project Farma, a PerkinElmer company, is seeking a Manufacturing & Tech Ops Senior Manager to lead cross‑functional teams, drive program management for complex technical operations, and ensure delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.

The role requires a life science or engineering degree and 7–13+ years in regulated pharma/manufacturing, with travel to client sites and a track record in GMP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–13+ years in engineering or operations within pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end programs for complex technical operations initiatives.
• Develop integrated plans, critical paths, risk registers and resource plans.
• Own stage‑gate processes and governance Deliverables, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams across Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
• Translate scientific/process requirements into executable operational plans.
• Support technology transfer activities from development into GMP manufacturing.
• Facilitate resolution of technical and quality issues during operations.
• Develop manufacturing batch records, SOPs, or validation protocols as required.
• Perform operational readiness assessments of equipment, facilities, and processes.
• Lead program communication with senior leadership and external collaborators.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and make trade‑offs.
• Prepare high‑quality program status reports and governance presentations.
• Lead, coach and develop a technical team; onboard and mentor staff.
