Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC in Palatka, Florida seeks an experienced Sr. Manager of Analysis to join our Operations Finance team at the Palatka Paper Mill.

This role partners with mill leadership to turn financial insights into operational improvements, capital decisions, and long-term value creation. Based on-site, you will develop forecasts, perform cost analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial analysis, cost accounting and operations finance.
• Proven ability to partner with operations leaders to drive value and close gaps.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with the operations team to understand and anticipate business needs.
• Provide financial and economic decision-making support by preparing and interpreting financial results, cost and variance analysis, capital planning, and ad hoc analyses.
• Execute operations bet tracking and performance analysis.
• Perform internal benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement in cost and productivity.
• Support the Palatka Mill in creating short- and long-term strategic plans and prioritize capital initiatives.
• Contribute to monthly forecasting and annual planning processes including P&L, balance sheet, and mill performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and drive value creation.
• Advance our Core Values and Principles in daily operations.
