Georgia-Pacific LLC seeks an experienced Sr. Manager of Analysis for the Palatka, FL paper mill. You will partner with mill operations to translate financial results into actionable insights, support capital decisions, and drive value through robust forecasting and planning.

You will lead cross-functional analyses, benchmark performance, and influence strategic priorities while aligning with corporate finance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Financial analysis and cost accounting experience in manufacturing or operations finance.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to model and forecast performance.
• Experience partnering with operations leaders to drive value.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and economic decision-support for site operations and capital projects.
• Lead monthly planning, forecasting, and P&L analysis for the Palatka Mill.
• Identify performance gaps and drive value through business partnering with leaders.
