• 6+ years of progressive maintenance and facilities leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, schedules, and capital projects.
• Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, automation, facilities, EHS, quality, risk management.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams and safety focus.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for maintenance and facilities operations.
• Drive TPM to improve reliability and operator ownership.
• Develop maintenance team capability through training and certifications.
• Control costs via asset reliability programs and optimized spare parts.
• Ensure facility safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee safety for contractors and coordination of hazard mitigation.
• Manage environmental compliance and emissions control equipment.
• Lead capital planning and investment prioritization for assets.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditures for efficiency.
