Job summary

Deloitte’s Strategy & Transactions M&A Financial Due Diligence Senior Manager role invites you to lead transaction diligence for corporate and private equity clients in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will review financial models, identify risks, and guide deal execution through closing. Required: 8+ years of US GAAP experience and M&A advisory background; Bachelor's degree.

Travel ~25%. CPA/CA and a Master’s degree are preferred. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience applying United States GAAP
• 8+ years of experience in investment management or advisory services
• Experience advising on M&A-related accounting matters
• Experience reviewing financial models and transaction documents
• Willingness to travel ~25% and ability to work with diverse clients
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Advise on technical accounting matters related to transactions, including business combinations, consolidations, and revenue recognition
• Identify and evaluate risks across business, industry, financial, accounting, and tax dimensions
• Provide insights on earnings, cash flows, contingencies, and internal controls
• Review financial models and transaction documents (stock purchase, merger, bank finance, debt offerings)
• Support transaction execution through price adjustments, deal structuring, integration planning, and divestiture activities
