Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning Solutions, to join our team. This role is responsible for shaping and advancing how learning is delivered across the organization.

Lead a portfolio of high-impact programs—including onboarding and critical capability initiatives. This is a hybrid role. Candidates will be required to report to our headquarters in Bethesda, MD.

You'll play a pivotal role in aligning learning strategy with real-world results—from operations to the C-suite.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $120190 - $155540

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
