EY seeks a Senior Manager Architect to lead design and delivery of advanced Agentic AI systems across foundation models, enabling knowledge-based AI adoption with strong governance and compliance practices. You will mentor a team and coordinate firmwide AI initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in enterprise architecture, with expertise in AI platforms, observability, and safety tooling, and a track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and leading platforms (Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Deepseek).
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.

Responsabilités

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems and frameworks based on foundation models, LLMs, and SLMs.
• Integrate external vendor tools for model monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives across the enterprise.
• Serve as player-coach, contributing to technical delivery while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
