Zusammenfassung

Clio is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Collections for LatAm & Spain. This remote role is open to candidates in Latin America or Spain and requires fluency in English and Spanish.

You will lead the Content team, set regional roadmaps, and coordinate with Data Ops and Content Engineering to ensure high-quality legal content across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive performance standards, manage a regional portfolio, and interface with product, sales, and support to align content

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years in legal publishing, legal data operations, or content/product management in Spain or Latin America.
• 2+ years of direct team management experience.
• Full fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written, with executives and in technical specs.
• Experience running a multi-country content operation against global standards.
• Strong data-driven prioritization and ROI modelling skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the content team across Latin America and Spain with regular 1:1s and performance standards.
• Drive a regional content roadmap, coverage parity, and quarterly reviews.
• Coach the team to meet Clio's performance bar and close skill gaps.
• Collaborate with Data Ops and Content Engineering on regional ingestion and enrichment.
• Set KPIs for completeness, speed of enrichment, and regulatory compliance by jurisdiction.
