What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in applications development, analysis, or engineering
- Proven experience managing teams of at least 8 to 12 resources
- Strong understanding of design principles, development best practices, and secure coding discipline
- Proficiency with operational support processes and project management methodologies
- Ability to construct presentations and communications in a logical manner, sensitive to diverse audience needs
