Senior Manager, IT/OT Digital Solutions - Development & Construction Embedded

In your role as Senior Manager, IT/OT Digital Solutions - Development & Construction Embedded, you will lead the team responsible for IT solutions enabling RWE Clean Energy's Development and (Pre-)Construction business areas. This includes developing and operating RWE Clean Energy's in-house IT products and managing COTS applications. You will serve as the domain solution architect, collaborating with stakeholders and technologists to define and implement the tech strategy, leading a team using Agile practices to develop products and enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Development & Construction Embedded team, overseeing product development and application management
• Act as the domain solution architect, collaborating with stakeholders and technologists on tech strategy
• Lead a team of experts to develop products and manage applications using Agile methodologies
• Contribute technically during Agile sprints for product roadmaps
• Enhance collaboration across teams and with external partners
• Drive transition to DevOps and manage application lifecycle
• Reduce technical debt and ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance
• Support modernization and optimization of the product portfolio

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related
• Master's degree preferred
• Certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe, CSDP are a plus
• Minimum 12 years in IT solutions and digital innovation, with leadership experience
• Experience managing platform solutions in energy/utilities
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure), DevOps, and agile SDLC
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

Salary Range: $128,000 - $190,000 annually, based on experience and location
