Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager in its Strategy & Transactions practice. You will shape forward-looking views, synthesize market trends, and serve as a go-to voice on buyer behavior, product strategy, and technology disruption.

Collaboration with senior leaders will produce actionable insights and reinforce Deloitte’s position as a trusted advisor. You will lead teams, manage research agendas, and mentor colleagues while navigating a dynamic financial services landscape and maintaining

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in investment management and/or wealth management.
• 8+ years in market research and consulting.
• 8+ years defining financial services industry trends, buyer and product landscapes.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams and multiple research projects.
• Proven experience authoring thought leadership or executive insights.
• Comfort with executive-level presentations and facilitation.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic research efforts and development of investment topics.
• Create forward-looking market insights and thought leadership materials.
• Serve as a market-facing thought leader to executives and industry audiences.
• Guide a team in synthesizing data and developing proprietary frameworks.
• Partner with Deloitte Consulting and CQ teams to connect intelligence to impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior industry stakeholders.
• Set the research agenda, timelines, and conference/PR activities.
• Oversee Knowledge Center resources and budgets, ensuring high standards.
