Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in North America is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead distribution center inventory control across the LNAD/NAASC network. You will oversee cycle counts, reconciliation, and reporting, partnering with Inventory Accounting and Asset Protection to ensure accuracy and SOX compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business or supply chain, 8+ years in inventory control/finance, and strong skills with WMS, SAP, Hyperion, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent business experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Inventory Control / Finance Acumen.
• 3+ years of experience working with a DC or Retail environment.
• Strong systems skills with WMS, SAP, Hyperion, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle counts across LNAD/NAASC facilities.
• Monitor aging and accuracy reports; advise managers.
• Coordinate with Inventory Accounting on results and reporting.
• Manage team publishing inventory reports and ad hoc dashboards.
• Address SOX compliance and adjustments to GL cost centers.
• Develop dashboards tracking compliance and financial risks.
