Job summary

PwC is seeking an experienced Financial Services International Tax Consulting Senior Manager in Washington, DC. You will lead large cross-border tax projects for multinational financial services clients, applying BEPS concepts, tax modeling, and strategy development while guiding teams and building trusted client relationships.

You will advise on cross-border planning, compliance, and structuring, and communicate clear viewpoints to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience.
• CPA or Bar or relevant credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Advising multinational financial services clients on cross-border tax structuring, transaction planning, and global entity footprint design.
• Analyzing international tax law, treaty positions, and local country rules to identify exposures, planning opportunities, and compliance requirements.
• Developing technical positions on CFC rules, foreign tax credits, BEPS, and restructuring matters.
• Guiding tax modeling, provision review, and documentation for complex international structures and transactions.
• Directing project workstreams across client teams and internal stakeholders to deliver coordinated tax solutions.
• Reviewing tax research, memos, and disclosures for technical accuracy and independence alignment.
• Coaching managers and staff through complex assignments and providing feedback.
• Communicating actionable recommendations to client leaders on tax risk and structuring decisions.
