Job summary

PwC seeks a Senior Manager in International Tax to advise multinational corporations on global tax structuring, diligence, and deal taxation. You will lead large projects, drive process improvements, and interact with clients at a high level to deliver strategic outcomes.

The role requires strong international taxation knowledge, experience in cross-border tax analysis, and proven leadership across diverse teams and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in tax, preferably with international exposure.
• Experience in cross-border M&A tax analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cross-border tax issues and stay updated on relevant legislation.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews with clients and their tax advisors to gather information.
• Oversee post-deal structuring and evaluate exit strategies.
