Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior Manager, International to own statutory reporting for global entities and lead ESG reporting initiatives. You will partner with Tax, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, Controllership, and Internal Audit to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalable processes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of accounting experience, a CPA, and strong US GAAP expertise with IFRS familiarity. This is a remote US role, with collaboration across Europe and early-morning meetings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 or national firm experience and multinational industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, working knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP frameworks.
• Experience with sustainability reporting (CSRD/ESRS) and ERP/consolidation systems.
• Clear communication with non‑accounting partners and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end statutory reporting for international entities, including timetables and audits.
• Lead interaction with statutory auditors and manage audit resolutions.
• Prepare US GAAP to local GAAP/IFRS adjustments by entity and maintain compliance calendar.
• Oversee sustainability reporting obligations and build data/control foundation for ESG.
• Manage intercompany accounting policy, reconciliations, and eliminations.
• Design internal controls over international reporting with the SOX team.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, International Reporting to build and lead the function that owns the accuracy and compliance of Oura's international entities: statutory reporting, sustainability (ESG) reporting, and the entity‑level technical accounting that ties our global structure together. You'll join the Global Financial Reporting team, reporting to the Senior Director, Global Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, SOX & Equity Admin, and partner closely with Tax, Treasury, Legal, FP&A, Controllership, and our SOX and Internal Audit partners.

What You Will Do:

• Own end-to-end statutory reporting for Oura's international entities, including timetables, preparation and review of local financial statements, audits, and filings, working with local teams and service providers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for statutory auditors across entities and drive timely audit completion and resolution of findings
• Prepare and review US GAAP to local GAAP / IFRS adjustments by entity, and keep the entity compliance calendar current as local requirements change
• Lead Oura's sustainability reporting obligations, including California reporting and first-year CSRD reporting, and build the data, process, and control foundation for ESG reporting
• Own technical accounting for the international entity structure, including functional currency determinations, foreign currency remeasurement and translation (ASC 830), and CTA
• Oversee intercompany accounting policy and processes, including reconciliations, settlements, and eliminations, in alignment with transfer pricing agreements (with Tax)
• Advise on the accounting and reporting impacts of new entities, restructurings, and ERP and globalization initiatives, and drive standardization and automation across international close and reporting
• Design and maintain internal controls over international reporting with the SOX team, and build and develop the team as the function scales
• This is a remote US role. You'll work closely with colleagues in Europe, including regular early‑morning meetings

What you'll bring

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 or national firm experience and multinational industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA (international equivalents such as CA or ACCA considered)
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, working knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP frameworks (e.g., Finnish FAS), and proven experience owning statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong technical expertise in foreign currency, intercompany, consolidations, and transfer pricing coordination
• Experience with sustainability reporting (CSRD/ESRS, ISSB, or similar) and with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., NetSuite, OneStream, Workiva), strongly preferred
• Clear communication with non‑accounting partners and senior leadership, and a track record of building processes, controls, and teams in a high‑growth environment

While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.
