Job summary

Lenovo in the United States is seeking an experienced Governance and Compliance leader to drive integration governance, change governance, and regulatory oversight across our enterprise transformations. You will partner with Legal, Security, Compliance, Operations and Business Leadership to embed compliance into change programs and ensure timely approvals.

This role requires 8+ years in governance, risk, or PMO leadership; a bachelor's degree; exceptional communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in governance, compliance, transformation management, enterprise risk, business operations, PMO leadership, or related disciplines.
Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong business judgment and decision‑making capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and operate governance processes for integration activities.
Evaluate proposed changes for compliance and approvals impact.
Assess regulatory implications of business transformations and organizational changes.
Ensure required approvals are identified and obtained before execution.
Maintain oversight of integration sequencing and execution activities.
Support governance activities associated with national security obligations.
Coordinate with Legal, Security, Compliance, Operations, and Business Leadership.
