Job summary

Sealed Air is seeking a Manager, Integrated Planning in Reading (Paper) to lead end-to-end planning, optimize schedules, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and Engineering. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.

In this leadership position, you will manage planners, buyers, and schedulers, implement lean and APS tools, and ensure on-time delivery while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management with a focus on planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within regional or global planning functions.
• Proven track record leading cross-country, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and execution of production schedules balancing demand, capacity, and materials.
• Lead tactical procurement strategies to support uninterrupted production flow.
• Contribute to S&OP by aligning production plans with forecasts and business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement safety stocks, reorder points, and EOQ.
• Develop and coach planning teams with a focus on continuous improvement and career growth.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality and operations to align schedules with capabilities.
