What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a strategic marketing partner and liaison across Workplace, Retail, and the broader Marketing organization.
  • Leverage cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, you will align partners across Product and Segment Marketing, Foundational Marketing, Client Experience, Creative and Agency teams, Deployment, Digital, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance around shared goals.
  • Bring participant and audience insights into campaign strategy, identify opportunities for broader business impact, and influence decisions without direct authority.
  • Using Campaign Analytics and Performance Metrics, define measures of success, establish and monitor key performance indicators, and translate results into clear stories and recommendations.
  • Evaluate participant engagement, relationship growth, and asset consolidation outcomes to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and future growth.
  • Present strategies, performance, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations to senior marketing and business leaders with clarity and Executive Presence.
