You will develop dashboards, benchmark against peers, and strengthen BI capabilities to support senior leadership with timely, forward-looking information.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in business performance, analytics or related field.
• Experience leading performance frameworks with KPIs and reporting.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional performance framework development and monitoring.
• Provide analysis to support strategic decisions and governance.
• Develop dashboards and management information for senior leaders.
