Job summary

African Leadership University is seeking a data-savvy analyst to lead the institutional performance program, turning complex data into actionable insights for senior leaders. You will shape KPI frameworks, dashboards and scorecards to support evidence-based decisions across the university.

You will perform analyses across enrolment, recruitment, retention, programme outcomes and financial metrics, and develop business cases with clear recommendations for strategic options.

Qualifications

• Experience leading corporate performance analysis and BI initiatives in an educational or similar context.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Proficiency with performance reporting, dashboards and storytelling with data.
• Experience with financial, operational and strategic analysis, including scenario modelling.
• Ability to work across functions and with senior stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Knowledge of data integration, governance and MIS practices.
