Qualifications
10-15+ years of experience in injection molding machinery or packaging industry.
In-depth knowledge of injection machine systems, controls, and hydraulics.
Proven ability to influence technical decisions across functions.
Responsibilities
Define and lead the technical strategy for injection molding equipment.
Lead development of mold–machine interface standards.
Improve injection system performance across plants.
Own the injection equipment lifecycle strategy.
Benchmark injection machinery OEMs for preferred technologies.
Develop and implement enterprise standards for injection machinery.
Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams.
