The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with 10-15 years of experience in the industry. Compensation includes a salary range of $129,200 to $193,800, along with comprehensive benefits including medical and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in injection molding machinery or packaging industry.
• In-depth knowledge of injection machine systems, controls, and hydraulics.
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical strategy for injection molding equipment.
• Lead development of mold–machine interface standards.
• Improve injection system performance across plants.
• Own the injection equipment lifecycle strategy.
• Benchmark injection machinery OEMs for preferred technologies.
• Develop and implement enterprise standards for injection machinery.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams.
