Responsibilities
Define and lead the technical strategy for injection molding equipment.
Lead the development of mold-machine interface standards.
Establish frameworks for diagnosing performance issues across plants.
Own the injection equipment lifecycle strategy, including obsolescence planning.
Lead benchmarking of injection machinery OEMs and define preferred technologies.
Implement enterprise standards for injection machinery and performance metrics.
Partner with Product Development and Tooling Engineering to align capabilities.
