Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead baseline assessments and maturity evaluations of enterprise infrastructure estates in the United States. You will translate findings into financially grounded, fundable roadmaps and target architectures that executives can approve and fund.

The role requires deep expertise across compute, network, storage, cloud, and operations, with strong financial modelling and strategic communication for CIO audiences. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT infrastructure experience with credible maturity benchmarking.
• 8+ years advisory or architecture leadership for large enterprise clients.
• 3+ years building TCO models and financial business cases for infrastructure investment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 12 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Run infrastructure maturity assessments across compute, network, storage, cloud, operations, and tooling.
• Define future state with target architecture and operating model under client constraints.
• Build TCO models and investment scenarios quantifying debt and modernization value.
• Create phased, prioritized roadmaps with measurable outcomes and investment needs.
• Present findings to CIOs and senior technology leaders for sponsorship and funding.
• Develop and maintain Accenture's assessment methodology and reusable IP.
• Support business development through advisory-to-execution handoffs.
