Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Infrastructure Maturity & Assessment to lead rigorous baseline assessments and maturity evaluations of enterprise infrastructure estates, translating findings into financially grounded future-state roadmaps that clients can fund and execute.

Role requires deep advisory expertise, ability to build TCO models and investment cases, and to present outcomes to CIO and senior technology audiences with credibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience across compute, network, storage and cloud.
• Minimum 8+ years in advisory or architecture leadership roles with large enterprise clients.
• Minimum 3+ years building TCO models and financial business cases for infra investment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years minimum).

Responsibilities

• Run infrastructure maturity assessments across compute, network, storage, cloud, and operations.
• Define future-state architecture and operating model aligned to client constraints.
• Develop TCO models and investment scenarios to quantify modernization value.
• Create phased, value-driven roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Present findings to CIO-level audiences and secure sponsorship and funding.
