Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior Manager to join its Infrastructure Advisory & Transformation practice in the United States. The role focuses on defining and executing technology transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, modernize infrastructures, and enable growth.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to assess environments, build roadmaps, and drive large programs across cloud, data center, network, and security domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of infrastructure consulting, cloud transformation, technology strategy, or infrastructure operations.
• Minimum 8 years delivering complex technology or infrastructure transformation projects.
• Minimum 8 years knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), infrastructure technologies, and IT operations.
• Minimum 8 years strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Minimum 8 years experience working directly with clients and senior technology leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct infrastructure assessments and analyze operating models and capabilities.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Lead small to medium consulting and delivery teams and provide coaching.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams, track milestones, risks, and budgets.
• Support cloud migration, modernization, automation, and operating model transformation.
