We’re redefining your daily brew. Everyday Dose is a functional mushroom coffee company focused on wellness, performance, and ditching the jitters. Our influencer marketing program has been a major growth lever — and now we’re looking for a strategic powerhouse to help scale it.

• 5+ years of influencer marketing experience, ideally at a high-growth DTC brand or agency
• Proven experience managing 6- or 7-figure influencer budgets and knowing what/who can convert well
• Strong experience with paid and Meta spend, and leveraging influencer content in a paid capacity
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting performance KPIs
• Deep knowledge of creator economy trends, platforms, and tools
• A creative, proactive, and collaborative approach to work

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage a portion of the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI
• Develop and manage relations with affiliate agencies and influencer agency partners
• Report on performance metrics (CAC, ROI, attribution, etc.) and translate data into actionable insights
• Build and evolve strategies across always-on, affiliate, and campaign-based influencer activations
• Identify opportunities to scale our creator program across Whitelisting/Paid efforts, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Lead negotiations and develop sustainable compensation models
• Collaborate with growth, creative, and affiliate teams to drive full-funnel success
• Mentor and support junior team members and agency partners
