Job summary

Dentsu Creative in New York is seeking a client lead for influencer marketing who owns strategy and execution end-to-end, guiding campaigns with limited oversight while mentoring junior staff. You’ll forecast KPIs, optimize messaging, and collaborate across the agency to drive client outcomes.

You will also manage budgets, contracts, and compliance, including FTC guidelines, with strong growth opportunities and cross-functional collaboration across Dentsu.

Qualifications

  • 3 years minimum relevant agency experience.
  • Proven influencer marketing and project management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as CreatorIQ, Captiv8, or similar.
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, and contracts.
  • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Growth-minded, collaborative, and accountable leadership style.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Job Description: This role is critical to the success of the influencer team, serving as a client lead with ownership of strategy and confident execution. You will oversee influencer campaigns end‑to‑end with limited oversight, lead creative brainstorms, and guide strategic direction to meet client goals. The annual salary range for this position is $94,875 - $95,000.
