• Lead global Segment and Distribution Operations teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
• Manage TAM, LRMSR, forecasting, supply prioritization, and issue management.
• Establish operating models, governance, performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Pricing, Planning, Supply, Finance, and other teams to align priorities and resolve business challenges.
• Direct distributor performance via QBRs, POS insights, scorecards, MDF, pricing and supply indicators, and managing SCA governance.
• Lead supply allocation and prioritization across key accounts and distributors.
• Expand the use of analytics, AI, and automation to improve efficiency, insights, and decision-making.
• Build and develop a high-performing distributed team passionate about accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The Senior Manager, Industrial Segment & Distribution Operations leads global Segment Operations and Industrial Distribution Operations for Micron's Industrial & Multi-Market (IMM) business.

This role manages business planning, TAM, LRMSR, supply prioritization, analytics, distributor performance, MDF, QBRs, and SCA governance. You’ll direct global teams, strengthen decision-making, and create scalable processes that convert business and market insights into action.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, engineering, supply chain, finance, analytics, or a relevant field.
• Leadership experience in business, segment, channel, sales, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in handling complex planning, forecasting, supply, reporting, or issue management.
• Strong analytical, business judgment, communication, and collaborator management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across global teams and functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, industrial, distribution, or technology industries.
• Familiarity with TAM, long-range forecasting, supply allocation, POS data, MDF, QBRs, important metrics, pricing, and SCAs.
• Experience with dashboards, analytics, workflow automation, or generative AI.
• Experience working across global regions and cultures.

Salary

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$119,000.00 - $240,000.00 a year

Additional Compensation May Include Benefits, Bonuses And Equity.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job‑related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
