Cencora is seeking a senior IAM leader to drive the evolution of enterprise identity solutions across our global operations. You will shape governance for provisioning, access reviews, and privileged accounts, while directing security remediations based on telemetry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Master's degree preferred in IT, cybersecurity, or business and related experience.
• 7+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or information security.
• 3+ years in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manages evolution and deployment of enterprise identity solutions globally.
• Formulates identity governance strategies for provisioning and access certification.
• Analyzes authentication telemetry to identify vulnerabilities and remediate.
• Oversees MFA and adaptive access controls in deployments.
• Ensures compliance with international privacy laws and standards.
• Coaches and develops IAM professionals to meet strategic objectives.

• Manages the continuous evolution and deployment of advanced enterprise identity solutions to safeguard critical business applications and sensitive information globally.


• Formulates comprehensive identity governance strategies to automate user provisioning, access certification, and privileged account management across the organization.


• Analyzes complex authentication telemetry and access logs to proactively identify systemic vulnerabilities and direct high-level security remediations.


• Drives the integration of robust multi-factor authentication and adaptive access controls into new technological deployments to enhance secure operational usability.


• Evaluates evolving data privacy regulations and security standards to guarantee all identity management infrastructures remain strictly compliant with international legal requirements.


• Manages, coaches, and develops a team of identity and access management professionals to cultivate deep technical expertise and execute strategic security objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.


• Master's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, business administration, or an equivalent experience preferred.


• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity, information security, it operations, or a related field required.


• 3+ years of experience in a managerial capacity required.


• Certification in identity and access management, cybersecurity, or equivalent preferred.
