Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, strategy, or related experience.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional transformation programs.
• Knowledge of integrated business planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience with planning technologies, analytics platforms, ERP systems, or finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of IBP and Commercial EP&A capabilities across DePuy Synthes.
• Design, implement, and optimize planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes.
• Partner with commercial, supply chain, operations, and finance leaders on end-to-end planning.
• Develop roadmaps for finance transformation and lead cross-functional teams.
• Drive governance, KPIs, and operating models for planning processes.
• Collaborate with Digital, Technology, Data & Analytics teams to advance platforms and analytics.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership via executive presentations and scenarios.
• Lead a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement.
