Job summary

IdentityLogic Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead concurrent IAM delivery teams of engineers, architects, and analysts. You will be accountable for delivery quality, on-time milestones, and client satisfaction across a portfolio.

The role requires coaching, performance reviews, and active hiring, with US-based work authorization. You will engage with sales on scoping and renewals, and build reusable accelerators and IP for the delivery library.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IAM delivery experience with 3+ years managing IAM engineers or architects.
• Direct accountability for a multi-client portfolio or multi-million-dollar engagement P&L
• Hands-on with at least one core platform (SailPoint, Okta, Idira (formerly CyberArk), Ping, Microsoft Entra ID)
• Demonstrated ability to coach engineers and elevate technical quality across a team.
• Comfortable presenting to client executives, sales leadership, and the IdentityLogic principals.
• US-based with unrestricted work authorization

Requirements

Nice to have

• Prior consulting management experience at a boutique or Big 4 firm
• PMP, SCM, or equivalent delivery management certification
• Active platform certifications (SailPoint, Okta, Idira)
