If you came up building workforce identity systems and are now the person other IAM engineers turn to when provisioning, lifecycle, federation, or integrations get difficult, this may be worth a conversation.
Identify Security is supporting a confidential client expanding its IAM engineering organization in South Florida.
They need a true player-coach -- someone who has personally built complex identity solutions and can now lead engineers without leaving the engineering behind.
This is not a governance-only, certification, or vendor-management role.
You should have real experience across several of these areas:
You do not need every product in the client’s stack.
Specific platforms can be learned.
Identity engineering judgment needs to already be there.
We want to understand what you personally designed, fixed, challenged, or implemented.
You may already be an IAM Manager.
Experience with technologies such as Entra ID, Active Directory, Ping / ForgeRock, ServiceNow, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, OIM, MIM, IdentityMinder, NetIQ, or IBM Identity Manager is relevant.
Exact product match is less important than strong workforce IAM engineering fundamentals.

If you have spent your career building workforce identity systems and helping other engineers solve hard IAM problems, I’d like to hear from you.
