Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience operating in global, complex environments with multiple senior stakeholders across functions or geographies.

• Strong analytical capability interpreting financial and headcount data, building business cases, and communicating findings to senior audiences.
• Experience managing financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and P&L oversight.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities without loss of quality or delivery pace.
• Clear and confident communicator at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and workforce management for the HR function, including ownership of the Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, and hiring requests through the Workforce Management Council.
• Act as a strategic advisor translating financial/operational data into clear recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Oversee the annual Technology Investment review process for HR; quantify ROI in terms of resource efficiencies and impact.
• Lead cross-HR initiatives related to financial and workforce strategy.
• Manage cross-functional admin/operational duties: financial reporting, headcount accuracy, real estate planning, onboarding/offboarding.
• Deliver oversight of operational reporting, ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy of outputs.
• Assess risk with emphasis on compliance, controls, and ethics; escalate/resolve transparently.
• Manage team of 5-6 direct reports across global locations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 10 or more years of experience operating in global, complex environments with multiple senior stakeholders across functions or geographies.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering results in a financial services or similarly regulated industry.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret financial and headcount data, build business cases, and communicate findings clearly to senior audiences.
• Track record of managing financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and profit and loss oversight.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities without loss of quality or delivery pace.
• Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in conversation, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
