Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Leader to drive customer-driven changes, oversee expansions, establish new processes, and stabilize multi-site networks across Illinois.

You will own end-to-end facility startups, staffing, go-live execution, and ongoing stabilization, while monitoring throughput, safety, inventory, quality, SLAs, and financial performance using systems such as GXD and Blue Yonder to standardize workflows.

Qualifications

7–10+ years in operations, supply chain, or related field.
Experience leading multi-site or large-scale operations.
Proven experience launching new facilities.
Strong knowledge of operational systems and tools.
Experience managing KPIs and financial performance.

Responsibilities

Deployment of systems, SOPs, and standardized workflows (GXD, Blue Yonder, etc.).
