Job summary

Providence Swedish Edmonds is seeking a Manager, Materials Management Operations to lead the integration, implementation, and optimization of OSCM and Logistics strategies at the local level, coordinating with regional leaders.

You will manage all local supply chain operations, vendor relationships, and inventory valued at over $5 million, and oversee more than $40 million in annual inventory, ensuring compliant and streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent education/experience is required
• 8 years of Supply Chain Management experience with 4 years in a healthcare setting
• 4 years of Supply Chain Management experience in a Director/Manager/Supervisory level leadership role
• Experience creating and successfully executing strategic plans for highly complex issues
• Healthcare business operations and/or financial management experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience standardizing complex and disparate processes
• Experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee all local supply chain operations and logistics functions (Distribution/Receiving/Materials Operations/Warehousing/Pars/Inventory)
• Lead collaboration with Swedish executives, department directors, clinicians, and physicians to align operations with strategic goals
• Direct supply chain operations staff and manage local vendor relationships
• Drive system standardization and ensure compliant, efficient OSCM experiences
• Lead efforts for contract implementation, conversion and compliance within the region
