Position Summary
The Senior Manager role on the Health Plan Adherence Solutions team under the Retail Pharmacy Growth organization will be part of a cross-functional group focused on the development, enhancement, and management of adherence products that can be packaged and sold to Health Plans as ways to improve and maintain their Adherence Stars ratings and bring in revenue to Retail Pharmacy. This team leads the opportunity identification, business case development, testing and incubation, scaled product management, and P&L management of the capabilities launched.
Specifically, the Senior Manager will be leading a team through managing our existing medication adherence products, enhancing these products to improve efficacy, and scaling up previously tested concepts.
Primary Responsibilities
The day-to-day experience of the role will vary from updating leadership on the status of our adherence programs, working with IT to solve an operational issue in the program that was uncovered from colleague feedback, partnering with capital budgeting to communicate out program enhancement needs for 2026+, and creating scaled solutions of promising adherence programs that had been tested out by the incubation team. The Senior Manager is expected to be able effectively communicate their work and provide clear recommendations based on their findings.

This position requires demonstrated, strong independent leadership skills to lead a team through the management of adherence programs. The ideal candidate will also have strong collaboration and communication skills as it is necessary to work cross functionally. In addition, the individual must be able to independently interact with and influence a wide range of stakeholders and demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering results. Finally, an ideal candidate would be able to apply their deep knowledge of pharmacy and healthcare to their work—including an understanding of how program opportunities would flow through data systems.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
