Job summary

Lennar, a leading homebuilder, seeks a Sr Manager, Cybersecurity to lead GRC across the Enterprise Security Office, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and metrics for regulatory compliance and risk reduction. You will build and mentor a geographically distributed team, partner with Security Engineering, Architecture, Internal Audit and Legal, translating complex risk into executive guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity/IT risk with 3+ years in leadership or people management.
• Strong ability to translate technical risk to executive audiences.
• Experience building and leading geographically distributed teams.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into workflows, reporting and governance.
• CISA/CISM/CISSP/CRISC/CIA/CGEIT desired.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and operating framework for GRC.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, distributed team.
• Partner cross-functionally with Security Engineering, Architecture, and Legal to reduce enterprise risk.
• Translate risk and program status into executive-level reporting and recommendations.
• Establish and track metrics demonstrating continuous GRC improvement.
• Drive adoption of AI tools across workflows, work delivery, and reporting.
• Champion mentorship and inclusive culture across a distributed team.
