Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Governance & Control (US) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead governance and control efforts across a complex, highly regulated environment, with a strong focus on risk oversight, regulatory change management, and disciplined execution.

The Senior Manager will partner closely with leadership and key stakeholders to strengthen control frameworks, prioritize initiatives, and support effective operational decision-making.

In addition, this person will provide guidance to team members while helping shape strategies that improve compliance, accountability, and organizational resilience.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,440 – $173,160 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex governance and control functions
• Develop and implement a holistic governance strategy
• Lead regulatory change management initiatives
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
• Collaborate with leadership on operational strategies
• Forecast and prioritize initiatives with stakeholdersEnsure compliance with administration and control activities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
